North Dockenbush is a strict no smoking household and due to our own pack we are unable to accept dogs in the house, however we do offer the use of a block of luxury heated kennels. We also provide stabling of horses by arrangement

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation and the accommodation not being re-let, you are liable to 30% of the total charges if you cancel within 28 days of the start of your visit, 60% within 13 days and 80% if you cancel within 48 hours. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance if you have any concerns.

Terms & Conditions

Prices are per room per night and include breakfast, subject to availability and allocation of rooms. 50% payment required at time of booking and bookings are only confirmed on receipt of credit card details or personal cheque.
